Recurring maintenance cleaning covers general wiping and sanitizing, normal dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors, bathroom maintenance, kitchen surfaces, appliance exteriors, and a light inside-and-out microwave wipe-down.
02What if my home needs a deeper first cleaning?+
Tell us about the current condition and the detail areas that need attention. Our office will review whether a deeper first visit makes sense before regular maintenance begins.
03Can I request baseboards or blinds?+
Yes. The inquiry lets you identify baseboards, trim, blinds, fans, vents, kitchen details, and bathroom details that may need attention during the first visit.
04Do you offer both biweekly and monthly cleaning?+
Yes. This page is specifically for biweekly and monthly recurring-service inquiries.
05Is this form a confirmed booking?+
No. It is a private service inquiry. Our office reviews the details and follows up by text before any appointment is confirmed.
06Can I request green cleaning products or other preferences?+
Yes. You can note a green-product, vinegar-based, or Clorox preference and request shoe covers, gloves, masks, or an unattended-cleaning arrangement for office review.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with lunch from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM; Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM; and Sunday closed.
