About This Position

We wanted to provide you with a breakdown of the position. We are hiring subcontractors at the moment (1099). Please note that we do not handle vacation rentals or Airbnbs, and we rarely take on commercial jobs. Our primary work involves recurring residential cleanings, typically starting between 10 AM and 2 PM.

We are currently hiring for Professional Cleaner. The application below is set for that role.

Background Check Requirement

A background check is required to proceed with your application. A $50 refundable deposit covers the background check and onboarding expenses. This deposit is refunded as part of your first paycheck after successful completion of the trial period, which evaluates punctuality, communication, preparedness, and client satisfaction.

Earning Potential

You can earn up to $1,400-$5,000 per month after about 3-4 months with high availability*.

*This is an estimate based on what our current team members earn as of 2026. High availability means being available at least 4 out of 5 weekdays and the days you mark as available must be genuinely open. If you're assigned an appointment on a day you indicated you were free, you must actually be available. Actual earnings depend on various factors including the number of cleanings you take, client satisfaction, client retention, economic conditions, true scheduling availability, and performance standards. These figures are not a promise of income.

Important: Because we service private homes, the client has the final say over who they allow into their property and whether they commit to a recurring cleaning schedule. Your earning potential is directly tied to client satisfaction and retention. The better the experience you deliver, the more likely clients are to book you on a recurring basis, which is where consistent income is built.

Extra pay opportunities: Oven cleaning, interior window cleaning, heavy cleanings (soap scum, mold, mildew), and deep cleanings. These are additional service add-ons that can increase your earnings per job.

7. The number of appointments may vary as you build your schedule and client profile. Which best describes your situation? *

8. Important: We are a residential cleaning company. We do not service vacation rentals or Airbnb properties. After your trial period, it may take 1-2 months to build a steady flow of appointments. During that time, you may receive as few as 2 appointments per week, each lasting 2-3 hours. Would you be okay with that as you build your schedule? *

Customer-Driven Scheduling: Because we are a residential cleaning company, the customer ultimately decides when they want their home cleaned. This means:

  • At the start, it may take time before your first appointments are confirmed. Customers can schedule anywhere from a few days to 3-4 weeks out, and sometimes even a month.
  • You will not always have back-to-back appointments right away. Your schedule builds over time as customers choose you and book recurring services.
  • Because we service private homes, the client has the final say over who they allow into their property. Whether a client commits to a recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) is entirely their decision, and your increased earning potential depends on building that trust and delivering consistent, quality work.
  • The more available and reliable you are, the faster your schedule will fill up.

Schedule Management: As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for keeping your schedule accurate and up to date at all times.

  • If a day becomes unavailable, you must update your schedule or notify the office at least 48 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly.
  • In the case of an emergency, contact the main office as soon as possible so we can adjust any scheduled appointments.
  • You can update your schedule through the app, or by texting the concierge or scheduling department.

  • If you confirm availability but then are unable to make the appointment, it directly impacts the customer's experience and our ability to rely on your schedule.
  • Repeated instances of confirmed availability followed by cancellations will result in fewer job assignments and will negatively affect your standing with the company.
  • Only mark yourself as available when you are genuinely able to work that day and time.

Additionally, success requires being well-equipped with proper cleaning supplies, excellent communication with cleaning staff, coordinating schedules effectively, and consistently delivering quality service that encourages client retention.
